Day 051 - aerobic recovery
ride: 1 hour very easy.

Day 052 - aerobic recovery
run- 40min easy!

Day 053 - aerobic intervals, stamina
run- 1 hour, 5x5min(1) 90%

Day 054 - aerobic base, cadence, power drill
ride: 50min easy spin w/ single leg sets, 10 min. of 15sec(15sec).

Day 055 - aerobic base, strength, stamina
ride: 2-3hours w/ climbing followed by, run- easy 30 minutes

Day 056 - aerobic base
run- 1:15-1:20hr trails casual. Heart rate low.
