ride: 2-3hours w/ climbing followed by, run- easy 30 minutes        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, Ride: 2-3hours w/ climbing followed by, Run- easy 30 minutes. I've regularly been putting your weekend ride on Saturday and the run on Sunday. These are interchangable. If you have a local group ride on Sunday's by all means join them for a longer ride.
