Day 015 - The importance of goal setting
Establish a short term and long term goal for yourself
Day 016 - Criss-cross workout
Warm up. Work out 15-60 min. crossing between bottom of zone 2 and top of zone 3. Warm down at least 5 min.

Read: "A workout partner on your wrist."
Day 018 - Easy, hard, repeat
Interval workout: 2 min. hard effort, 2 min. easy effort. Use 30 beat change as reference.
