Day 021 - Stay the course

Maintain constant heart rate at midpoint of zone (your choice).        Training via ActiveMail

Steady Eddy.

This is a steady state workout. Pick a midpoint heart rate such as the midpoint of Zone 2 or Zone 3. Warm-up and hold this midpoint heart rate for the entire workout period. Warm-down adequately. If you want to add variety, train half the time at the midpoint of Zone 2 and half the time at the midpoint of Zone 3.
