REST OR DO A SHORT WALK OR RUN/WALK: It's the day before your event! You have a few choices for the day. You can take a complete rest day if you wish. Alternatively, many people like to do a short, easy walk or run/walk on pre-event day to keep their muscles loose. This is a particularly good idea if you're experiencing any pre-event jitters. Sure, the plan has always been to keep it fun, but nervousness right before an event --even a fun event -- is very common. Do whatever you feel will work best for you.
