Day 018 - Drink lots

RUN/WALK FOR 1.25 MILES: In the first week of this program we suggested walking for two to three minutes and running for one minute. As you get stronger, you can GRADUALLY change the ratio until you're walking and running an equal amount, and eventually running more than walking. Here's an important tip: as a runner, you need to stay hydrated. You should drink at least eight large glasses of water each day, and more is better. A lot of the "fatigue" new exercisers feel is simple dehydration.
