REST OR WALK FOR 20 MINUTES: If yesterday was your longest run or run/walk in a long time (or ever), you may want to take today off to give your muscles time to recover. If you're feeling pretty good, you can walk for 20 minutes. And if you're feeling REALLY good, that's great -- you should definitely do the walk today!
