Day 042 - Pre-race prep

Easy one mile and stretch.        Training via ActiveMail

EASY ONE MILE RUN: After your easy run, get in a good stretch, then get your gear ready for tomorrow. Lay out your running outfit, your shoes, your race # with safety pins, etc. (On race morning you'll need time to park, warm up for 15 minutes, use the bathroom, etc., so arrive at the race at least 45 minutes early.)
