Day 076 - Audition your energy foods

TAKE TODAY OFF: As we suggested earlier, find out ahead of time what energy foods (bars, gels, etc.) will be available on the course on marathon day -- the maker is probably one of the race sponsors. It's a good idea to "audition" these products on your next several runs, especially the long ones. Remember, you never want to try a new food during a big race. If it's not going to agree with you, you want to know ahead of time!
