Day 021 - Preventing chafing

RIDE FOR TWO HOURS AT RPE 6-8: When you ride on consecutive days, it's common to experience some chafing in the crotch area, especially when you ride in the rain. To eliminate this nuisance, be sure to spread liberal amounts of lubrication on your skin and on the pad (or "chamois") in your shorts. Good choices are Chamois Butt'R or Assos chamois cream, both available at bike shops.
