Day 006 - Need new shoes?

RUN TWO TO THREE MILES: Be sure you're training in the correct pair of running shoes. The right shoes will help you run faster, better and with fewer injuries. If you're not sure whether the shoes you have are right for you, take them to a good running store and ask the staff. (A good running store won't try to sell you new shoes if you don't really need them.)
