RIDE 90 MINUTES AT RPE 6, INCLUDING SOME EFFORTS AT RPE 7-8: This is the longest ride you've done and it will be easier and more fun if you do it with a group. Here are some group riding tips to make sure you're welcome the next time: Never make an abrupt move -- smooth, steady and predictable are the bywords. Ride relaxed, especially in the arms and shoulders. Then if you bump the rider next to you, your relaxed arms will absorb the shock and you'll stay up. Finally, don't let your front wheel overlap the rear wheel of another rider. If he swerves suddenly, his rear wheel will knock your front wheel and you'll usually go down.
