Day 034 - Saddle sores

RIDE 45 MINUTES AT RPE 6: Have you experienced saddle sores yet? Saddle sores are small, red skin eruptions where your bottom contacts the saddle. To avoid them, clean your skin with soap and water before each ride, wash your shorts each time you wear them, use a good chamois lube and don't stand around in sweaty shorts after the ride. Wash up or get in the shower as soon as possible.
