Day 033 - Resting = improvement!

IT'S A REST DAY: Have you noticed that this schedule calls for two rest days each week? Contrary to the usual belief, training doesn't make you more fit. Only rest improves your fitness because it's while you're resting that the body repairs the damage done during hard effort and comes back stronger. So the next time you're feeling guilty for lying in the hammock and sipping a lemonade, remember -- you're improving!
