Picture yourself doing each drill perfectly: your movements are smooth, balanced, and relaxed.
Over the course of the week, we built you a new freestyle, starting with the core of the body, the hips and the shoulders, and gradually working toward the whole stroke. We will also take this approach with the other three strokes-the core of the body will always be the source of our power.
