Day 004 - Keep it easy today

1-mile run/walk        Training via ActiveMail

RUN/WALK FOR ONE MILE: Just like two days ago, alternate running and walking; don't feel like you have to run the whole distance without a break. Keep the runs short at this stage of your training; for example, you can walk for two to three minutes and run for one minute. Stay within your comfort zone and make your workouts work for you. There's no rush!
