Day 018 - More 400-meter repeats

Run 8 400-meter repeats        Training via ActiveMail

RUN EIGHT 400-METER REPEATS: Head back to the track, warm up, and stretch. Then do eight 400-meter repeats, jogging 200 meters between each one. Don't walk between any of the repeats; this is a continuous three-mile workout. Get your time for the total three miles. If you race in racing flats, wear them for this workout.
