Day 010 - Find a 6-8% hill

IT'S A REST DAY: No exercise allowed today! Consider "rest" as "training", not as a day off. It makes you a better runner by allowing your muscles to build back up. You can use today to scout out a hill that has about a 6-8% grade and that will 90 seconds to run up. Since today is a rest day, don't actually run or even walk up the hill; just make your best guess. You'll use this hill in your workout tomorrow.
