Day 004 - Rest and Recovery

R&R: Easy run        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY'S A DAY FOR SOME R&R: "R&R" means Rest & Recovery. Remember, "rest" is a complete day off from training. "Recovery" means doing some easy running or cross-training. The week after a major race effort like yesterday's should always be light to insure adequate recovery. So today, just go for an easy 45-minute run.
