10K race or time trial        Training via ActiveMail

RUN A 10K RACE OR A TIME TRIAL: If you can't find an organized 10K race to do today, do a 10K time trial. That is, time how long it takes you to run the 10K distance (6.2 miles) at a realistic pace. Your 10K finishing time will be important in establishing your workout goals for this training schedule.
