Day 042 - Have a great race!

RUN A 12K RACE! The big day is today. Now you get to reap the rewards of your six weeks of hard work. Coach April says, "My best advice for race day is: DON'T GO OUT TOO FAST!!! It's hard, with all that adrenaline at the starting line, but hold back the first mile, and you'll be passing them all at the finish." GOOD LUCK! We sure hope you enjoyed training with us as much as we enjoyed having you. Remember that fitness is a lifestyle, not a single event. Now it's time to take a fresh look and ask yourself "where do I go from here?" If you are thinking about training for a longer race try Coach April's half-marathon training programs.
