DO A FLAT SIX-MILE RUN: Today we're working on pace, not power. So don't include any hills in your route today. BUT -- do the last two miles at your goal 12K pace. To find a reasonable goal pace, multiply your 10K time x 1.2 This will give you the number of minutes it should take you to run 7.44 miles.
