TODAY IS YOUR TRACK WORKOUT: RUN 3 REPEAT MILES AT 70% MHR: When you run, try to just let it happen. Go out and run your workout. Compare yourself only to yourself. Allow your body to have its way. It will gravitate toward the style that is right for it, and it will run better and longer the less tension you put in its way. The smart way to dress for a track session is in layers, which will allow you to strip off clothing as you warm up.
