Day 009 - REST DAY (no active rest--sit on your butt rest). Remember even God rested.

Do ANYTHING EXCEPT work out today.        Training via ActiveMail

This is the day to allow your body a full opportunity to recover. You wouldn't think about lifting weights every day, but for some reason we think our body can handle the pounding every day. Yes, it can deal with it, but you are not going to get stronger or faster nearly as fast if you don't rest well. So get off your feet and don't even think of working out today. Remember, you are going to kick butt tomorrow.
