TODAY'S A DAY FOR SOME R & R: Rest some more. Continue to visualize your race. See yourself hit your goal mile splits. Save time and stress: get your gear ready for tomorrow. Lay out your running outfit, your shoes, your race # with safety pins, etc. (On race morning you'll need time to park, warm up for 15 minutes, use the bathroom, etc., so plan to arrive at the race at least 45 minutes early.)
