FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN UP TO 2 MILES: An "easy" day; run the distance in this range that feels good to you today. In general, as we said last week, an easy day will mean fewer, slower miles rather than no running at all. This causes a gentle circulation of blood, oxygen and nutrients which speed the recovery (and strengthening) process.
