Organize all your gear in categories by event this week. Review your goals and your team's goals. Plan your eating and drinking program, keeping in mind that you won't be allowed any outside assistance (technical or nutritional) during the Hi-Tec races. Bring to mind your positive self-talk phrases and words each day and during training. Pat yourself on the back for getting this far. And now you get to go out and express yourself in the way that you have been planning for in the past weeks. That is the icing on the cake. Now you get to taper! Enjoy.
