Day 013 - A sense of pace

RUN THREE FLAT MILES AND TIME YOUR RUN: It is important to have a sense of your pace. If possible, do this three-miler on a measured course or track. Running laps around the track will help you develop your sense of pace even more because you'll see how fast you're going for the quarter-miles and half-miles too.
