Sunday is a common race day for MtB riders so follow your race routine if you have an event planned. Otherwise, Sunday will be an Endurance1 workout on the MTB. Training can include some race pace intensity as well as specific skills work. Basically, have a solid long day on the MTB, practice your most challenging skills and blend in some race pace work.
