RIDE FOR ONE HOUR AT RPE 6: Congratulations! You've almost completed this eight-week cycling program designed for the time-challenged rider. When you're finished, you can repeat the whole program or simply repeat the final four weeks to maintain your fitness. To improve, ride the same amount of time but increase the intensity of the repeats, and add some intervals to your long weekly ride.
