RIDE FOR ONE HOUR AT RPE 6 AND INCLUDE SEVEN SPRINTS: Do your sprints on a flat road today and see how fast you can go. Glance down at your cyclecomputer at the end of the sprint to check your speed. Your fastest effort should come on the third or fourth sprint when you're well warmed up. If your speed falls dramatically on the fifth or sixth effort because you're fatigued, cancel the rest of the scheduled sprints and spin easily home.
