Day 056 - Hilly trail run

Run (level 2-4)        Training via ActiveMail

RUN: Age Group level: 95'; Elite level: 100'; Pro level: 105'. Use a soft or dirt trail that's hilly. Run the flats and declines at L2, and the inclines at L3-4. Work the hills! You're developing leg and hip strength.
