Day 007 - Hit the trail
5-mile hilly run
RUN FIVE MILES AND INCLUDE SOME HILLS: It's best to do this run on dirt trails if possible. In fact, you should do your runs on dirt paths whenever you can. They're softer than the street, and therefore easier on your feet and legs.
