Day 039 - Easy Run plus strides
5-8 miles easy run followed by strides
Day 040 - Track Day
WUMain Set: 3 x 4 x 200 with 200 recovery between 200's and 1 lap between sets. 1x mile all out.WD
Day 041 - Active Rest Day
30-60 minutes of active rest.
Day 042 - Fartlek/tempo run
65-80 minute fartlek/tempo run
