15 minute strength training routine at a level 1 intensity. Level 1 intensity = 60-70% max. HR.
Day 005 - Stretch Your Limits
10 minute stretching routine.
Day 006 - Aerobic Exercise
30 minute walk or jog at Level 1 intensity = 60-70% of your max. heart rate, or conversation pace
Day 007 - Motivate Yourself to Better Health
10 minute stretching routine.
