Day 001 - Winter Sports Conditioning
Introduction to the program
Day 002 - Base/Core Training
WU 10 min. Squats (bodyweight), Pushups, Wall Sit, Calf Raise, Crunches, Back Extensions, Run 20 min. @ 7 - 7.5 RPE. CD/Stretch.
Day 003 - Cardio/Aerobic
WU 10 min. Run 30 min @ 7 - 7.5 RPE. CD/Stretch
Day 004 - Rest Day!
Rest Day
Day 005 - Base/Core Training
WU 10 min. Squats (bodyweight), Pushups, Wall Sit, Calf Raise, Crunches, Back Extensions, Reverse Curl. Run 30 min. @ 7 - 7.5 RPE. CD/Stretch.
Day 006 - Cardio/Aerobic
WU 10 min. Run 30 min @ 7 - 7.5 RPE (flats). CD/Stretch
Day 007 - Rest Day!
