Day 003 - Cycling
Day 3: Spinning class or stationary cycling, 45 min
Day 004 - Running and core strength
Day 4: 2.5-mile tempo run
Day 005 - Try some yoga
Day 5: Rest day
Day 006 - Run and swim day
Day 6: Run 2.5 miles, swim 500m straight
Day 007 - Your first BRICK ("Bike-run-ICK!")--the most important transfer of power
Day 7: Bike 10 miles, run 10 minutes
