| I just found out that cardio is very good for the brain. I want to know if power walking is good enough in these terms?Also I am new to power walking....is there a certain type fo shoes I should wear? Or is running shoes good enough? |

| i wear cheerleading shoes, or nikes, and it works out great. running shoes should be fine. and yes cardio is good for the brain, and yes power walking is good enough. if your about to start you period, and your normally a little cranky, taking a walk everyday in the morning, get rid of that. |

| Hi Kiki J,All exercise is good for you if1) you really enjoy it2) de-stress from it3) are outside in natureCardio is great as it gets your lungs huffing and puffing.I used to have the fattest stomach. | Cardio work out is all-around the BEST workout, and is good for the brain. this also helps your heart. power walking IS great for these terms.Running shoes are perfect for power walking.On the plus side, this will make you have a lighter period, especically because you are working hard, and fast. this also makes you feel better mentally, too, because you are getting active. |

| I like good running shoes for it..also carry weights once you get used to keeping a fast pace.It is one of the best exercises I know. I wish I could do that now, but where I live, it is not truly safe. |
