| Okay. I've never exercised in my life (except for gym class but who counts that), and I dont' want to buy any equitment (weights, exercise ball, running shoes) because I have no money. However, my metabolism just isn't what it used to be and I want to start exercising so my body will be toned again, cuz while it's not fat at all it's not exactly taut either. You know what I mean! Lol. How should I start? Oh, and I'm an 18 year old female, if that helps. |

| consult your doctor, to see if there is a healthy way you can excercise, also try taking a yoga class. |

| Start by walking. Most medical professionals agree that walking is one of the best exercises out there. Choose a nice trail and let yourself enjoy the great outdoors!! Find a buddy to walk with, pretty soon you'll be laughing and talking and not even realize that you're walking your way to a healthier life!! |

| go to the veria channel and look for the pilates and yoga to come on, they r awesome, and they will help u become more flexible also, and u dont even hav to buy ne thing! =) |

| Go for walks at night , then start powerwalking , then maybe a light jog . Look at what you are eating get rid of all the junk food and bring in alot of fruit and veg and pastas. Hell have muesli for breakfast , the change in food will make you feel better and get you in better shape |

| get cheap workout dvds that are in sales which can help you get more toned showing you which workouts to do with toneing.or look up toneing ecerxises on the internet and copy them everyday.you could also use water bottles instead of weights. |

| just take it slow. start by running and if you would like to do weights and stuff then join a gym and get some help from a personal trainer for a session or two and go from there. They are an excellent resource and will help you all the time. also, check out:trainwithmeonline.com |
