will that help me?I swim 2 times a week, atleast. sometimes once only.each for 1 hour.I also bike, in the gym, using the cycling machine. I have 3 questions:how many calories should I burn every time I go on?what should my distance be? in miles?oh and how long every day?overall question: will this help me lose 10 pounds in 1 month?if I do biking everyday, and swimming twice a week?and walking on treadmill every day.

With a lowfat, high protein diet and drinking water you can lose 10 pounds in 2 - 2 1/2 weeks.

3,500 Calories = 1 poundJust pick one or two excerises, doing all this will kill your muscles. How about just swimming 4-5 days a week? It works you're whole body. An hour of swimming will burn you some good calories.
