I have both a rebounder and an exercise bike. After 30 minutes on the bike I'm pretty tired and ready to quit. 30 minutes on the rebounder is much easier and much more enjoyable. If I'm more out of breath on the exercise bike does that necessarily mean that it's giving me a better workout? If the health benefits are the same I would really prefer to exercise on the rebounder instead of biking.
