| I ride the bike (sitting low) on a high resistance level for 15-20 minutes, I do hip adductor muscles at 100lbs, I use the ski machine at level 5-6, and some of the machines that target legs and butt together.. (dont know the name but its like the quadricept machine but it works the muscles in the back of your legs) but Im not getting good results..?? Anything that really works? Maybe I just need more protein? Also I want to know is there a difference in what muscle in the legs/glut you are tonight when you ride the bike that sits low and the cycling bike that sits high? The exercises that I do work but I dont have the so called "buns of steele" |

| That sounds like a very good routine your glut muscles are probably pretty strong. If the results are looking for are less fat on your gluts its because you can't just get rid of fat off a specific part of your body, you need to lower you body fat %.In that case make sure you have a healthy diet along with the workous you are currently doing. |

| Lunges work glutes, hamstrings, and quads really well. Try them out, you'll like them. You can do light dumbells or body weight. Either way, do them until you can't anymore. Don't forget to stretch. |
