uhm yeah. i need some excersizing tips. I just need some tips because id like to start working out because i feel I am getting out of hand and i need to stay in shape. All I have is a open wide spaced downstairs with a cycling bike. I have no specific equipment. I just want some excersizes where i can eat whatever i want and still lose weight / stay the same weight.

well running/walking is the easiest, cheapest, and quickest way to get the weight off...and yea, the cardio from the cycling bike will be good too, but with all that cardio, you are going to need to find some good weight excersizes (ab workouts, arm workouts with weights) to tone in between...good luck!

In order to eat whatever you want and still lose/maintain weight, you need to know how many calories you are eating so you can make sure you are burning the same amount. This will be impossible. You are better off watching your calories. This way you can eat a little of whatever you want, but not over indulge.
