| Any exercise is going to be good. You are getting your heart rate up and working, which is the goal. If your back is hurting when you are done, you may want to consider adjusting the position of your saddle. Back pain suggests your saddle is either too far forward or too far back.Keep it up and you'll get there. Remember to keep challenging yourself. As your body gets used to your routine, you will want to up the resistance or ride for a longer time to keep yourself challenged. |

| Ok here is my plan and it always works, ther is no relapse so listen good. I was in the USAF so my weight is very important to me oh and the fact that I am 36 yrs old with 3 kids but this is how I lost 40 lbs and kept it off. As soon as I wake up in the morning I drink (2) 8 oz cups of water, shower, brush my teeth drink one more cup of water w/ a multi vitaminBreakfast: fix your breakfast so uI wont go to McD's. The best thing to eat is Total w/ 2% milk and a piece of fruit and a cup of water. Other breakfast options: Oatmeal & fruit; 2 eggs 2 turkey bacon if u have to have meat 1 slice of wheat toast yes butter and jelly; rasin bran w/ 2% milk; 2 ego waffles light syrup or 1 waffle w/ fruit; half of bagel and 2 eggs. (*all of the items I listed are cheap, fast and easy to fix...you will be hungry so drink water w/ all of that good stuff.) yogurt what ever.Lunch: choices are 1/2 veggie or turkey sub(buy a foot long and save the other half for dinner or lunch the next day / or just buy all of that stuff and make your own at home always get wheat bread, it is better for you. If you go out to lunch get what you want and then for dinner have a cold cut sandwich. Chips go ahead and purchase that big bag w/ the variety chips inside so you wont get burnt out if you like chips w/ your sandwich.Dinner: 1 meat, 1 starch, 1 veggie (salad or hot steamed veggies with a tbsp of butter and some ms dash) Don't load up your plate...if you are still hungry drink some water. If you can not eat something healthy by at least 6 pm you will need to eat a sandwich. If you ran out of cold cuts good old pb&j.Choose either Sundays or Saturdays to go out to eat if you must but don't over eat but if you go to Friday's go ahead and get the deal salad desert and entre'. Just don't eat out during the week like that but remember if u eat out for lunch eat a sandwich and a salad for dinner.Exercise: 2x a day every day 15 min brisk walk or run; i do this at work we have a shower... I use my breaks for my walk one at 9am the other at 2pm shower at lunch. so u feel fresh & keep a fan at your desk if u r an office worker. If you cant do this work out at home before you take a shower in the morning and before you retire at night. You will loose weight fast so try to squeeze your crunches in once a day 100...start off slow and do maybe 25...point chin toward the ceiling arms cross the chest.Snacks: baby carrots...do not bring the entire bag to work...you will eat them. cheese crackers, grapes, apples, bananas, wheat thins, yogurt, jello, gold fish, sugar free gum always. *if you brush after every meal it will help you also to drink a cup of water after you brush. This works the 1st week will be hard but you will get used to it. |
