Question about special k?

Ok. so at 7 o'clock i will go bike cycling for the next two weeks for a half another .. then walking for a half an hour.. come in and eat a bowl of special k at around 9 am , then at lunch at around 1 have another bowl then at around 3 or 4 have dinner .. could this dinner be anything like a burger of chips? or does it have to be *healthy*.? and btw does the special k diet work?

Basically, the only reason a special K diet works is because it is reduced calorie...It doesnt really have anything to do with the special K itself. You could eat any cereal with comparable calories if you wanted to. The fruit the diet reccommends is also good because of the fiber and nutrients. And the dinner is not supposed to be anything, it is supposed to be healthy....so not a burger and chips, although you could probably still lose weight if you did that, it just wouldnt be as healthy. You could instead try to eat very healthy during the week, and then allow yourself one cheat meal on the weekends, and have your burger and chips then!

IT CAN be any type of meal.just make sure when you are eating your breakfast and lunch that you are doing only 1 serving of special k
