| i have been taking this bike cycling class in the mourings and just walking on tredmill and doing adominal twist on my stomach when will i start to see results. |

| How is your diet right now? You could be working out constantly and taking in too many calories and see nothing? You should also take pictures from before and once a month after that because you look the same to yourself everyday can't see too much change as someone else could see or photos could show. Just my 2 cents!! |

| You should start to see a weight loss within a week.If you continue at the pace you are going, I am assuming that you are doing this every day , and that you have changed your eating habits, by the end of two weeks you should be down to 165 orless.As you continue in your training you will firm up more.The all around benefits will be well worth the effort you are putting forth so even if you are not seeing the results as fast as you like don,t give up you will get to where you want to be with perseverance . |
