No one can really tell you which is best. Only you can answer that. The best cardio exercise for you is one you feel successful with, that will keep you coming back. For me, nothing feels better than the bike (recumbent or stationary), or the stairclimber.

I think "best to worst" depends entirely on how much you enjoy the activity and will thus commit to doing a full 30-60 mins of it.Good aerobic/cardiovascular activities include:Jumping RopeCyclingJoggingRunningPower walkingSwimmingRowingDancingTaking an aerobics classKickboxingAnd here's a quick site on cardiovascular exercise and safety: http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/articles-submit/ghf/effective-cardio -exercise1.htmHope this helps

Hmmm......Basically there's no "best" and "worst" cardio exercise. The criteria to choose one depends on:1. Would the exercise rev up your heart rate to the point of your target heart rate?2. Which/what exercise you like?3. Do you enjoy doing it?The 3 criteria will make sure you achieve cardiovascular fitness (i.e. fitness for your heart) and you sustain long in doing the exercise.List of cardio exercise:-Running-Walking-Jogging-Swimming-Jumping on trampoline-Jumping rope-Treadmill workout-Cycling-Aerobic dance exercise-Kickboxing
