I'm active but I don't exercise. I go fishing and hang with my friends. We play hourse shoes and play some Hippy ball (Hacky Sack) but I still jump from 310 to 330 every other week. I have no problems with my health I can still run Jump bend. I can do a full split and stradle but that don't have nothing to do with weight. I try and watch what I eat but that can be hard when you drive 60 to 100 miles for work and your always on the move. Can anyone help me with some ideas on shedding some pounds and keeping them off

eat right. if you want the weight to come off quick, do exercise that keep your heart rate elevated. this doesnt mean that you have to puke or die every work out, but there's plenty of workouts online that will only take you about 20 minutes

Exercise right. The current exercise you are doing is not going to burn the calories needed to loose weight. They do help you stretch your muscles. Anyways, you also need to change your eating habits. Eat more smaller meals and less big meal. 5 or 6 small meals/snacks a day, not 3 big ones. More fruits and veggies to replaces the carbs. Exercise for 1hr a day for 5 to 6 days a week. If you are looking for something that lays out a fitness plan, meal plan, receipts and more, look into the Trim Body System Kit. For details on the kit, go to Arcameda.com and click on Weight Management. Keep motivated.

The most important thing is to control your calories and portion sizes. You can be as active as you want but until you create a caloric deficit you won't see results. Eat more lean protein and vegetable for dinner. Eliminate starchy carbohydrates from your diet. Don't eat after 8 pm. Drink 10 glasses of water a day.
