| Hi I just buy a 1972 yamaha 175cc enduro but I don't know if needs two cycle oil or no if is I have to mix the gas?or uses motor oil,gear oil?and has a battery is for lights only or has electric start.Thank you. |

| That's an old 2 stroke. Yes you have to pre-mix the gas. |

| I had one, it is a two stroke, and it should have a tank with a sight glass for the oil injector on the right side just behind where your leg would ride |

| Reed valve induction,Has it`s own 2- stroke oil induction tank on the side of the bike just beneith the seat on the side.The transmission oil is 10w-30 reg. motor oil and is seperate from the crank case.No electric start.If two stroke oiler has been removed you will need to mix 2- stroke oil with the gas at 32:1 gas/oil. |
