i have just started walking on my treadmill again, after being off of it for awhile. Sometimes my feet and legs get very tired. Could this be because i am wearing the wrong type of shoes? i also walk with my treadmill slighty elevated. Any good advice will be appreciated. thanks

that will happen but running shoes are the best to exercise with. if this symptom persists then you should go to the podiatrist just to be on the safe side.

Light rubber shoes, regular sneakers or just your running shoes because in a treadmill your just like running.

Yes, you could be wearing the wrong type of shoes.I would go to a running store, do not go online. This way, the people at the store (if it is a running store, not a footlocker or an outdoor store or anything like that) will actually look at the way you walk/run and tell you what type of shoe will match your foot. Here is an easy way to check your foot type: http://www.runnersworld.ltd.uk/foottype.htmIt will help you find out if you have flat feet, normal feet, narrow feet, a big arch, etc.Shoes make all the difference. Wearing the wrong shoes can damage your knees, hips, and back, so make sure you spend the extra money even if it means getting a good pair.
